Sample Letter of Necessity for the Marvel M1
Lots of you ask “will my insurance cover this chair?” The answer is “maybe,” and it honestly depends on the insurance company and the state you live in. It’s not an easy yes/no answer for me or Marvel to answer. The best first step in obtaining coverage is a solid letter of medical necessity from your doctor/PT/OT. We have a sample for you here:
